I'm looking to get An Experiment in Criticism, by Lewis also soon. I just read Till We Have Faces as well. I didn't really like it until I was done with it. Super strange, but now I can appreciate the bigger picture of it. The line from which the title was drawn has made me think a lot. Hope TN treats you all well! Have you been to Roan Mountain?
Yes, I felt the same way about Till We Have Faces. By the end, it reminded me of the story of Job, but all leading up to it I was very confused. I need to revisit that novel because several people I respect have mentioned really appreciating it. I'd like to give it another shot.
So far, the Lord has been very kind to us here in TN, as He always is. I haven't been to Roan Mountain, but we're in that area, so I'm sure we'll make our way there.
Congratulations on the move. A new beginning!
Thank you! We're excited to see what the Lord does here!

Roan Mountain in winter is one of my favorite spots I have visited. Down here in Florida we don't get much mountains or winter though.
It's only about 45 minutes away, so I'll have to make my way out there! Yes, I'm sure!
